Meet Our

Large and Small, we do it all​​
  1. Brenda K. Kibler, DVM
    Dr. Kibler was born and raised in the hills of Cambria County PA, she went to Saint Francis University for undergraduate studies and to Iowa State College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated in 2013 and moved back to Lancaster County and has been with Black Horse since. Brenda enjoys dairy and cervid medicine. She has 2 horses and a rabbit and in her spare time she enjoys reading, crafts and gardening.
  2. Chris J Neville, DVM
    Dr. Neville went to North Carolina Sate for undergrad and Vet School. His wife is also a Veterinarian, graduated from North Carolina. They have 2 teenage children. The Nevilles have horses, dogs, cats. birds and 1 fish. Church, Sports, Kids and Civic Service keep the Nevilles very busy.
  3. Chriselle C Tan, BVMS
    Dr. Tan joined the BHAH Veterinary Team in 2015 as our primary small animal veterinarian. She spent her childhood years in Singapore & received her BVMS from the University of Glasgow, UK. She passed her North American Veterinary License Exam in 2013. She loves to learn and grow constantly in the Veterinary field and enjoys interacting with clients and patients. Outside of Veterinary, Dr. Tan enjoys music, skiing, & traveling. She has visited 30 countries in 6 continents! She has 1 dog "Ashton" that she adopted, a pet guinea pig named Shaun, 2 feline sisters, and an orphan lamb named "Max".
  4. Hannah Blackhall, VMD
    Dr. Hannah Blackhall joined the BHAH veterinary team in 2016. Growing up she split her time between Brooklyn, NY, where she attended high school, and her family's farm in southern Vermont, where they keep many animals including horses, chickens and a pygmy goat named "Napoleon". She attended Trinity College in CT for her undergraduate education and The UPenn School of Veterinary Medicine for her VMD. Dr. Blackhall is excited to be working in Lancaster County and especially enjoys working with goats and horses. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Blackhall enjoys exploring the outdoors, running road races and spending time with her two tuxedo cats, Sunny and Stripe, and her new German Short haired puppy "Rey".
